Hi I grew up with a wonderful father whom I worked with.  Change didn’t come easy yet as I bent like a willow tree my dad started to ask for my thoughts
Granted the business was life accident and health insurance. The most highly regulated industry besides the banks.
Yes I had to learn to keep quiet and observe!  And yes I asked a lot of questions!   And yes I had to eat my words! And yes I there were days we fought but at the end of the day I always gave him a hug and asked for forgiveness!  The strong willed child verses the patient father!!!  It’s been 12 years since he went to heaven. And yes I miss my sparring partner, advocate, teacher and most of all caring daddy!
Blue learn to bend like the Willow tree don’t be an Oak tree who won’t bend.
Help your parents though the information/technology era and don’t ever call them “stupid”. If they are baby boomers like myself we built America to be the greatest nation on earth with God’s help!!!
