How We Got Started
The Neighborhood Korner was originally created in an effort to assist local homeowners affected by Hurricane Katrina and grew to a national blog that applies only organic principles for page one SEO local and national rankings on major search engines.

First - do a good job! A good property management is hard to find and the word gets around on social media with you’re known for quality service. If you can stay on top of things and take care of your landlords and your tenants, you are almost certain to grow.
Offer your current landlords an incentive to refer other landlords; something like two months of PM fee waived for each new signed landlord referred by your current landlord.
Some other ideas might be managing and responding to reviews; this is a big one for me! Attend real estate investing meetings, reaching out to real estate agents and offer them your professional expertise like assisting the with figuring out rent estimates and referrals on clients not ready to buy, and a big resource agents like having are a Go-To Expert on average project cost when coming up with a purchase offer on a dated home. Giving back a little along the way counts a lot and the rewards can’t be measured.
