About Us

The Electronic Caregiver helps families support aging loved ones and people with chronic health conditions so they can remain safer and more independent at home.

Through Electronic Caregiver technology and Addison Care support, we help families navigate care needs, coordinate support, and improve communication among patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.

We also work alongside medical clinics and home care providers to extend support beyond office visits. Our focus includes helping patients follow care plans, supporting transitions home after hospitalization, and helping care teams stay connected with patients between visits.

We welcome conversations with families exploring support at home and healthcare professionals looking for complementary resources for the people they serve.
