Real Estate/Business Brokerage: About 30+ years of experience. Started as part time agent in residential real estate while working full time as an Architect/Construction Manager. Decided to work full time in Commercial Real Estate and Business Brokerage in 1993. Decision was solely based on financial benefit and passion for Real Estate. Selected as Chairperson of Commercial Division in Keller Williams Realty Memorial (Houston, TX) by ALC (Agents’ Leadership Council) group in 1997. Chairperson’s responsibility was to train Commercial Agents in the company, provide seminars etc. Specialized in industrial leasing and sales, hotel/motels, c-stores, shopping centers and commercial lots. As Entrepreneur of Architectural Service Business: Started a service business (Archicon Services, Inc.) in February of 2007. The services were targeted to other Architects, Engineers, Real Estate Developers etc. Services include Design Development, Construction Drawings, Rendering, Animation and Marketing Brochures for Real Estate. Goal was to provide these services for minimum cost and completion time with best quality. The jobs for this business are acquired in USA & Canada through different marketing tools, but production was out sourced to India. I am the only person responsible for marketing, communicating and giving all technical help to the service providers abroad. Architectural & Construction: 40+ years of versatile professional experience in Architectural design, production and Construction Co-ordination/Management. Associated with many Architectural and Construction Companies in New York and Houston, since 1971. Overseas Assignment as Senior Architect in Jubail Township Project, Saudi Arabia. Field of experience includes Power Plant, Health Facilities, Recreational and Institutional Facilities, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Structures and Residential designs and Transit System (8 years in Metropolitan Transit Authority of Houston, before starting full time as Real Estate Broker in 1993).

Volunteer: Serving my own neighborhood (Heathlake Sub Division) in Architectural Control Committee since about last three years. I have served our community for last 40 years with my artistic abilities as needed.

Got Architectural license and Real Estate Broker's license in early 80's. Also got my MSc. in Construction Management at the same period. Then started working with Contractors and later with Architects until 1992. Then I joined Keller Williams Realty. I am still with them as a Broker Associate in Residential and a Director in Commercial. I opened my own Architectural Design company in 2007 and working in both Real Estate & Architecture since then.
