ECS helps early childhood educators thrive by providing keynotes, conference sessions, child care training for teachers and administrators and consulting services. We also offer "eepworm" books and toys that comfort children. We are passionate about building knowledge and skills while boosting emotional intelligence as well.

The owner of ECS, Diane Goyette, is a child development specialist and the parent of an adult with mental health special needs. “I’ve had a 30-year career in early childhood education, teaching both young children and adults. Through the years, I’ve become especially passionate about supporting the social emotional development of young children and the emotional well-being of their helpers. I focus on sharing practices that are research-based, trauma-informed and reflect my journey toward cultural humility. I really love helping adults support all the children in their lives, especially those with challenging behaviors like mine.”
