We are a parent organization dedicated to Creating Success for Children with Disabilities by Empowering their families with information, referral, training & support as families navigate the complex education, health care and social service systems. By empowering families with knowledge, their children can graduate and work, continue education after HS, or live as independently as possible. When families can create a clear vision for their children's future - Success is possible!

A couple of moms got together around a kitchen table. They didn't want their children's futures to be dictated by a disability label and realized they wanted something more. They understood education for their children was key and they set about figuring out how to work with the education system and the other professionals involved in their children's lives to make sure their children were included and belonging in their home communities & schools. They realized that by working together, they could create communities where ALL children belong and excel.
