Experience! I am a young Corporate America "retired" CFO/Controller, "retired" to pursue my own business as an entrepreneur assisting other entrepreneurs accomplishing their goals. I have great large business start up expertise from corporate world, that I now use to assist small and medium businesses. I am also a CPA, Realtor, and insurance broker.

In May 2018, I decided to create JIMA Resources while working a W2 job as a CFO/Controller in corporate America, with the goal of becoming an entrepreneur with my own company and services. I was very blessed to create a portfolio of clients that allow me in June 2020, in the middle of a Covid-19 pandemic, pull the trigger and move 100% into my own business.

My goal is to help small and medium businesses in those areas where I have expertise. Accomplishing their goals, organizing, and grow their business. I help small and medium businesses, and startups get establish, organized their corporate structure, maintaining good accounting and controls, establishing HR processes and procedures where necessary, recruiting and HR benefits.
