It depends on the Product or Service. I like to respond the same day. Other times it can be in one hour or less. You never want to keep a Client or Prospect Standing around waiting for a reply.

To get the word out on a Special Program or Event, I always turn to Radio Stations. In Houston all the stations cover the entire Metro.
