My mission is to create awareness and a better understanding about reverse mortgages in the Greater Houston area senior community. I want to inform people completely, accurately and honestly about both the pros and cons of reverse mortgages. Through this effort I believe I have made a difference in the lives of many Texas seniors.
During the past thirteen years I’ve help hundreds of Texas seniors with their reverse mortgages. I know the Texas real estate market, and I know the reverse mortgage program - In 2005 I did a reverse mortgage on my own home. I give all my clients a total understanding of the whole process from both sides... as a borrower and as a reverse mortgage loan officer.
We are in the information business, I would rather “tell you” about how a reverse mortgage can change your financial life, so you can make an informed decision, “is a reverse mortgage right for you”, rather than “sell you” on a reverse mortgage.

After working for wages for 10 years as a Commercial Artist I realized there wasn't any employment that represented real security of income. I knew I could earn more as a Freelancer.

After working for wages for 10 years as a Commercial Artist I realized there wasn't any employment that represented real security of income. I knew I could earn more as a Freelancer.
Getting started did not require a large dollar expense, but taking my portfolio to business's and advertising agencies to find my first clients did wear on me and my car.
Here's where the luck comes in. I got one client who gave me lots of work and paid me in ten days on presenting a invoice. This start gave me the stabilization to work as a successful Freelance Commercial Artist for the next 40 years.
It looks like your going to have a number of company's to talk to. As far as my business I'm the only one to boss around, except for my wife.
