Tutorials for Excellence® was founded in 1999 by Carol R. Levin. During her long career in teaching, Mrs. Levin had accredited specialized individual tutoring to the success of her students. After much research, Mrs. Levin developed her own programs in Strategies and Study Skills. This allowed her to open Tutorials for Excellence. Since that time, Tutorials for Excellence®, has grown to include additional tutoring staff specializing in Math and Science, while Mrs. Levin continues work in the Language Arts and special needs areas. Clients of Tutorials for Excellence®, tell us that they see noticeable results in their children’s academic performance and self image when working with our staff. Mrs. Levin evaluates each student's needs and develops a personalized tutoring program tailored to those needs. There is no additional fee for this service because Mrs. Levin believes it to be a critical component of the tutoring process.
