I am so sorry for your loss!   This is Life Changing and a time to really rethink what your vision and mission are and to set new goals.  When losing a Business Partner, many Business Owners continue to operate the way they always have and find it doesn't work.   Also since your business partner is your husband, there is the grief associated with not only missing your spouse but missing the everyday interaction on projects.   As a Business and Estate Attorney, I advise my clients to step back and think about what they would like the next 10 to 15 years to look like.     As their Trusted Advisor, I give them a list of questions as prompts to take 20 to 30 minutes to get a cup of coffee and just answer the questions and email them to me.  We then set up a meeting to review their answers against history to be able to work together on making changes.  As a Tax Advisor, Estate and Business Planning Attorney, this helps the person talk through their goals, their fears and get them excited about making changes.    Self Care during this time is very important and this will help move your forward.
