Having been a professional swimmer and Division 1 collegiate athlete, Dorota struggled with weight gain for about three years after graduating and taking responsibility for her own nutrition and health. Despite regularly working out and swimming laps, she continued to gain weight until she reached her heaviest at 191 pounds. Feeling devastated, she turned to Jesse, who had always been cooking delicious, healthy meals that didn't taste like the typical bland diet food recommended for weight loss.
With Jesse's help, Dorota learned how to incorporate more vegetables into her diet, plan her meals, shop smarter, and gain the knowledge she needed to lose weight. In just four months, she shed 40 pounds and dropped 10 pant sizes, going from 191 to 147 pounds. Today, in 2023, she happily maintains her weight between 145-150 pounds.
