Ripple's cloud-based platform collects data based on peer-to-peer feedback through short, 5 question, anonymous surveys that are sent to co-workers monthly. The feedback is timely, relevant and promotes year-round communication between management and employees (instead of static, once-a-year "annual reviews").
Ripple improves employee self-awareness by gathering data tied to the Big 5 personality traits (largely recognized as the most important personality traits when it comes to measuring human interaction). Employees with greater self-awareness are more productive and help create/strengthen company culture - driving up retention rates. All good things that can help organizations grow and succeed.
Two friends got together to make a difference in the employee workplace experience.
