About Us

Ripple's mission is simple: to disrupt and reinvent the traditional employee assessment/development process and build a more positive workplace.

Ripple's cloud-based platform collects data based on peer-to-peer feedback through short, 5 question, anonymous surveys that are sent to co-workers monthly. The feedback is timely, relevant and promotes year-round communication between management and employees (instead of static, once-a-year "annual reviews").

Ripple improves employee self-awareness by gathering data tied to the Big 5 personality traits (largely recognized as the most important personality traits when it comes to measuring human interaction). Employees with greater self-awareness are more productive and help create/strengthen company culture - driving up retention rates. All good things that can help organizations grow and succeed.

How We Got Started

Two friends got together to make a difference in the employee workplace experience. The goal was to make people more aware of how their interactions with their co-workers have immediate and ongoing impact. Ripple drives self-awareness within organizations to strengthen culture, increase engagement and reduce attrition. All good stuff!
