Local Discussions What's happening in the Huntsville business community
Quick question for other Muskoka self-employed professionals:
When it comes to income protection (disability orcritical illness coverage), which one sounds most like you?
A) I have coverage in place
B) I'm covered under my spouse's employer plan
C) I've looked into it, but haven't bought yet
D) Honestly, I haven't really thought about it
E) I don't think I need it
Just reply with the letter – curious to see where everyone's at.

Hi everyone! I’m Libby Telford. I’ve lived in Muskoka for a while now, but I’m excited to finally connect with the local business community here on Alignable.
My background is in digital project management (20+ years in tech!), but I recently launched my own licenced practice focusing on financial resilience for self-employed women and solo-preneurs.
Looking forward to meeting some fellow 'fiercely independent' business owners here!

You might find some value in an annual event that runs in November, run by the Port Sydney Chamber of Commerce, called Women in Business.
My wife was the keynote speaker last year on how we help leaders move towards a people-first, AI-empowered team, and it has resulted in terrific connections with fantastic people.
