About Us

Grigg cousins Leslie Grigg and Steve Grigg cofounded the F Nephi & Golden Grigg Legacy Foundation to ensure that tater tots, coinvented by Steve's father F. Nephi Grigg and uncle Golden Grigg would forever be asociated with doing good in the community and ensuring a safe and happy future for your children by helping qualified child abuse agencies fight child abuse. The Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization.

How We Got Started

In 1965 Heinz Corporation purchased Ore-Ida Foods Corp. This began the Grigg Legacy starting point. In 2018 CBS Sunday Morning Magazine requested our help in the production of "In Praise Of Tater Tots" Nov. 18, 2018. (on YouTube). In 2023 we met with Simplot National sales, KraftHeinz branding, and trademarks attorney to form our company.
The F Nephi & Golden Grigg Legacy Foundation and Protectyourtots brand was formed.
