Selling and marketing has forever changed, so we must continue to evolve in this area. Clients/customers hopefully will also evolve and embrace the new technology we are forced to use and allow access to them since face to face will continue to be the biggest challenge.

My health through the pandemic for starters. The health of others and family. Business was essential so we were not that affected to date. 2021 may be a different story with pollical changes and continued pandemic concerns. Very thankful for loyal clients and their continued use of our services.

I have not attended any online events that have been worthwhile. The ones I have been invited to wanted to sell me some type of sales or marketing service, which was disappointing. I continue to individually market and sell to clients one on one. I have attended a golf outing and BOMA tailgate...

While remaining respectful of clients time and challenges, it is hard to access their time. They work from home now and struggle with their time mngmnt between family and work. They ZOOM with their employer and get tired of computer time let alone multiple vendors asking for a piece of their...

You will have to join if you want to use them as an exclusive sales/marketing tool. For introductions it is great.
We have tried hard to create the same experience they have grown to expect. I have not heard any complaints but more Kudos. We continue to monitor our feedback as we always have and make changes accordingly.
