You have hired the vendors and have planned how you want your day to go. We commence services 6 weeks prior to the event to get familiar with your plans. Usually 1-2 meetings are needed to go through the itinerary, to see the last minute details and what has been communicated to vendors. On the wedding day, our role is to ensure your plans are carried out smoothly and discreetly handle any problems that arise. This means you can arrive to a perfectly set up ceremony and reception since we would have been there in advance assuring details are completed. We are the liaison between you and the venue, catering, decorators, entertainment, and photographers. We pull the pieces of the puzzle together so that you can relax and be in the special moment with your loved ones.
