We generally do not approach our business as being a source of discounts. We pride ourselves in being a source of Value for our clients. There are plenty of sources for discounted travel, our clients understand that we are providing a needed service to them and are willing to pay. If there are discounts that come into play because someone booked in a certain time window for example, we are happy to pass that along to clients in the form of On Board Credits and many other ways. When we get prospects whose desires outmatch their budgets we are happy advise them regarding their situations, if we can find something suitable for them we certainly pass it along to them, but if someone's primary interest is in traveling on the cheap, we recommend using the internet for bargain and discount travel.

And, if there is a problem we are on the phone taking care of it instead of you being at the front desk of the hotel wasting your precious vacation time.
I know when I travel, or when my customers travel we will have the best for our budget and the perks that we as agents have been able to negotiate. I personally never want the "cheapest" of anything. I know someone is always going to try to undercut us for business, but we stand behind our product and if you think its the same then check us out and see how we go above and beyond from your past experiences.
