"Ryan and his team are excellent! I'm an out of state investor and they're made these investments as smooth and passive as possible. They've always gone above and beyond in terms of managing the properties and helping me understand the Indianapolis market to help me reach my goals. Ryan has walked numerous properties for me and provided me videos and his detailed analysis on potential deals. Ryan and Daniel have helped me navigate challenging tenant situations. They've been super responsive with repair/maintenance calls, rent payment issues and overall very smooth to work with. I vetted half a dozen PMs in town and I'm glad to have found the right fit with the Intrigue Indy team."
