It is so important for us to support each others business but we don't do it very often so let's set a personal goal and refer at least 3 people in one month to another local business. You will feel so much better knowing that you helped someone.
I too have encountered this. What we have done is send out notices 30,60,90 days delinquent. We have also made calls a week after notices are sent out.
I never threaten any kind of legal action because they are paying customers that just pay late and I would rather have a late pay and...

There is nothing weak about therapy and I think more people should take advantage talking with a therapist. With everything going on in the world we need therapy as a release, a way to clear our thoughts whether it be work, relationship or kids it helps you get to the bottom of situations...

I feel that collaboration is vital in a community. When we work together for the greater good in the community things will flourish. The positive energy spreads out to the community and now other cities are trying to figure out how we are excelling.

We need to look at building shelters out of the containers which will be cost efficient but we also need to provide services, ie mental health, medical and dental. This is probably the most important part to helping the homeless, providing services and care for our fellow man.
I am what I do. By that I mean that I love what I do and it is a part of me. When it comes to working in the community and with the public or in any field for that matter before any person buys your product they buy you. You demeanor, your personality and your character specks volumes.
