Hi Lance.  I have to say, my initial response is; "Really someone is asking that type of question?" It is the only way to do business today really.  Especially in the Insurance Industry. I have my client's telling me that if I wasn't so proactive in staying in touch and knowing the industry so well, I could have lost their business to the many phone calls they receive a week.  How to stay ahead of this is really the big question?  I grew up in the days of the networking, staying in touch with client's even if it was only for lunch, no business, to attending functions of the client's or you holding an event inviting your clients.  This culture is not the same anymore and most likely do to the internet and doing business remotely from home.  I work hard to keep the business I have, but I also built relationships with my client's outside of the "work", with attending children's graduations, baptisms, to grabbing dinner including their spouse and mine.  I would be thrilled to talk to you further, I can best be reached on my personal e-mail that I can access in the evenings and read, since I am in and out of the office many of the days.  If you want to send your cell, I can give you a call.  Thanks for asking.

Have a Blessed Day!

Michelle
