I'm a Sole Proprietor who works from home for the most part, as a full time residential Realtor.  I've seen many ups and down during my 25 years as a Realtor, but this is very different, because of the fears that buyers and sellers have about being in someone's home to view it, or having an open house and showings of your home while it's on market.  I mailed out 2,000 marketing letters a month ago, with little results.   Sales are down about 25-30%, and there is very little inventory.  Investors are out in droves, at the lower price ranges.  It's a fantastic time to sell your home, and we're still in a Seller's market, so I'm hoping that my marketing will get some results eventually.  I work every day and hope and pray more sellers decide to list their properties for sale in the late Spring and Summer markets.
