At that point our CEO went to school and received her B.A.S in Digital/Multimedia and opened up a one point of contact Digital Marketing Agency. I review my expenses on a monthly basis, especially during covid-19. I have a project management tool that keeps track of my profit and loss. My belief is to keep overhead low, so I can deliver services for a reasonable price and hire as needed. I keep a chart of all expenses and review the usage. Depending on the value and the usage depends on it's necessity. It's easy to have to many tools and spend money where it's not necessary. I always keep a close watch on my finances, I believe that is how businesses get in trouble not knowing their bottom line.
