Riverside Business Center consistently hosts large groups of individuals for periods of time. We understand human nature and attempt to forecast or circumvent issues before they begin. This incident left us stunned and scurrying to resolve the problem! One particular client had approximately 60 participants. They had access to our client lounge, the microwave and refrigerators. The one item not to be used was a large baking oven. It had been placed on the top shelf and turned around so it would not be used. One of the participants decided it could be used, removed it from the shelf and plugged it in to the power strips used in the room for approximately 30 people and blew out 3 circuits. Apparently, the participant wanted to cook up some quiche for the group!
Since we are a business center, typically we provide notepads and pens. We place them in the conference rooms or training rooms. Previously, we offered a small 4 1/2 x 6 wire bound notebook with a series of tabs divided into sections and a 3 x5 case with a notepad, pens, and small post its.

Yes, Jax Supply is one of the best cleaning vendors I have ever worked with. They take care of the small items daily so we never have large issues to clean up. If we have accidents they are onsite within minutes to take of any issue. They pay attention to details and are very reliable! I...
