I am truly amazed in today's world any company of any size or location would allow alcohol at a business function considering the risks of doing so.
My suggestion is to do research. At least have a knowledge of the different aspects of online marketing. There are people out there who will gladly take your money and not give you much in return. Plus you could get in trouble with search engines if not careful.

I would suggest doing research. When I first started I was presented with all kinds of suggestions for a price. You can be overwhelmed with the slick marketing lingo. Take your time and find reliable help.
