About Us
We work with people who need help help with all mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental disorders. We use EMDR for trauma and other related mental disorders. EMDR is not just for trauma it is for everyone. We also work with couples using the Gottman Theory.
How We Got Started
The business started when I was an intern finishing my Masters in Professional Counseling through Liberty University. I have now passed and completed my masters, the National Mental Health Counseling Exam, EMDR training, and completing the Gottman Theory training for couples.

I also am a Christian and have an open heart and mind to what someone has to say and I never judge.
