I just don't set an appointment with them I am starting a relationship with them. It seems at times that I am trying to get out of the appointment. The closing ratio is very high if you keep this in mind. Your value to them is great then your competitor. I read this and it is on my wall at my house. "PEOPLE BUY WHEN A COMPELLING NEED IS MADE BY A CREDIBLE SOLUTION THAT OFFERS PERCEIVED VALUE". I took it from a book I read. If they believe your time is valuable your success rate goes up.

Please not take this wrong you can change your attitude but it's up to you. My selections are mostly base on a positive attitude and If needed I can teach the shortcomings.
