Everyone needs a home, whether you're looking for a place to hang your hat for a few years or raise your family for the next 20. I've continued to sell real estate all these 20+ years because I still enjoy seeing the joy when you meet your new home.
The other side of the coin in real estate works great for my list making and get it done personality traits. Working with a client to sell a property is just as exciting for different reasons although both wonderful accomplishments.

Yes, I find people have decided since being home so much they would like a little extra space to spread out. Additionally, interest rates are incredible so spending a little more for the space isn't breaking their budgets. I have also seen some great improvements on existing homes. I love it...

I love it when there is pride in ownership. Your home is not just where you live, I see it as a reflection of who you are. If your home is tidy and well-maintained, you're showing respect to your neighbors.
I've never been in competition with other agents. I work hard for the clients that I have. If you get wrapped up in how much business you're doing and making that next sale, the customer isn't really the focus.
