Sovereign was pressed into service following the Upstream Energy Market crash in 2008. Understanding the importance of identifying marketable trends early and creating action on a global scale is our mission.

I am fascinated to hear an introvert minded person have a passion for eat what you kill sales. First of all one should immediately invest in the mind of Napoleon Hill and read “Think and Grow Rich.” This book will absolutely shift paradigms and prepare you for success. So many sales professionals think it’s about talking. It’s all about listening, asking questions, and allowing the client to do 80% of the talking. While they are answering ask permission to take notes and begin to gain an understanding of what is their pain. Become the relief to that pain by providing solutions, building value in your products and services, and not just selling them. No one wants to be sold. You may also find out along the way that decision makers are introverts too! They may feel anxiety from pushy sales people who always waste their time. Simply put to use that inner voice as a powerful weapon and shut up and listen! You will win them over and create a buying relationship.
Think and it shall be received by the same frequency!

That certainly is a tough question to answer. In today's markets we have our sights set on instant success, but with many moving targets. It comes down to a teach-ability index and a willingness to change or learn. When the student is ready, the teacher will appear!
