John, I usually request referrals from my clients that are within their network and, if they are happy with your services, will give you a strong reference to a friend and/or business acquaintance and you might, in turn, provide them a benefit. years ago I had a partner and had a space in an SL Green building in midtown.  There was a breakfast bar, lounge,  post office for mailings and conference rooms.    Sometimes we were networking with other companies on the same floor while playing billiards.  It was the best.
