How We Help Children and Families in Need:
It's simple - we believe that we should share our good fortune of receiving business from our clients with those who are in need. Therefore, at the beginning of each engagement, we work with our client and determine to which charity supporting children and families they would like us to donate 5% of our billed revenue received. Then, at the conclusion of the engagement, or during specified interim points, we make a cash donation to that charity. To make it easy for our clients, we can provide a list of recommended charities - or our client may request that the donation be made to a related charity for which they already have a preference.
After nearly 3 decades leading and building Human Resources functions at large and medium-sized companies in capacities ranging from entry-level to senior executive, our founder, Jason Callaway, decided he wanted to focus all of his professional efforts on the two areas where he found the greatest satisfaction: helping organizations become more successful in meeting their investors’, customers’, and employees’ needs; and helping others improve their personal situation in life. From this decision, Grayfinn Human Resources Solutions (GHRS) was born.
