Yes -  making the content as universally appealing as possible.  Sometimes, the simplest practice could be content that's just "fun."  A joke, cartoon, a humorous (or inspiring story.   As business people, we're already inundated with biz-related feeds.

Very good point, Michael! Keeping it broad and fun is great, especially if you are B2B - things can get a little heady too often. Have you ever considered making hyper-focused content? I tend to really like this, because it create such deep engagement. I mean, it means less to less people, but it will mean more to the right people.
