Sorry, I do not have employees. Kind of a one woman show. But I used to supervise

an office full of artists years ago. Healthcare was provided by the company back then it was good, so not really part of my responsibility.  Keeping everyone happy and working together without conflicts was the hardest thing. A good course in conflict resolution will go a long way in helping you keep everyone happy in the workplace.
