Education & Evolution grew from my background in educational leadership, consulting, and helping individuals and organizations turn ideas into actionable strategies. As an educator, former school principal, author, and consultant, I spent years building programs, solving complex challenges, and helping others move from vision to implementation. Along the way, I saw entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders with strong ideas but without the structure, resources, or funding strategy needed to move forward. E&E was created to bridge that gap—bringing the same strategic approach to business development and funding.
