This is a very challenging question. Mostly giving them a little more than the competition usually will score you good talent. In other words give them 3 weeks vacation their first year, give them a goal incentive, make this goal and I will give you a $2500.00 bonus. It's a tough job market...

It's a tough job market today and anything that gives them a little benefit over your competitors is golden. Hiring a consultant with a probation period of 90 days to hire full-time.
