its not about offers, but relationships. Each client should be treated as they are number 1 and you should care about them. Show you care, show it means the world for them to shop with you. No matter your business customers want to know that they matter. so let them know. send them notes,...

I did for a while. then i noticed that i began to lose relationships because i was not realizing what was posted and when. so i went back to managing it. I found that it now is a part of the day and my relationships are stronger and business is growing.

Salesforce is a sales crm platform. which means yes it could work if you are making cold calls, or doing phone or email lead sales calls. If you are selling product it from a store and need foot traffic, it would not be a great customer database. to much money.

Taglines are great. they help stick in peoples mind. but they do not make people buy. so personal opionion. dont waste a lot of time on it.

Never go cheap. Uniforms represent pride and care for your profession. It shows customers you care and will except nothing but the best. Always leave the first impression the best impression.

I brought wine glasses with her dogs names on it. i then purchased a case of wine which she put my logo on theat i gave to clients i know enjoy wine. another client i know sells coffee. i gave him a wine bottle and purchased coffee to give to other clients. and the cycle continues. putting me in front of my clients, supporting them and etc.
