How We Got Started
Hawai'i called us home. We wanted to bring a technique to the Islands that didn't exist to help that population that would benefit from this technique. Our patients that know AO or upper cervical specific alignment are very grateful and we're happy to be here and play that unique role in healthcare for Hawai'i.

"I only can recommend Dr. Perrino, he is a gently and yet very successful and skillful practitioner of especially upper cervical chiropractic, and he also brings the Aloha spirit into his treatments. He is adjusting the neck gently through specific pressure such bringing Atlas and Sphenoid into the correct position to each other, such allowing the body to adjust itself to its healthy structure. "
