My wife Linda and I run Shadow Work, Couples, and Transcendental Meditation weekend workshops. Respectively they are for personal growth of inner freedom and joy, promoting better comunication and intimacy, and T.M. being both a practical tool for daily energy, calmness, and vitality, as well as for enhanced spiritual growth.
