I am testing the effectiveness of combining counseling with Reiki, inner child healing, grounding skills and intuitive tools. Sessions are for ONE specific issue or repeating pattern: ex: "I am feeling overwhelmed; I give too much to others; my relationships are out of balance; I have lost my joy." 

Most containers are 60 min and require an average of 5-8 sessions. Virtual over Zoom or in person in Kalamazoo, MI. Payments through my website or business Venmo are due 24 hours before the session time.

The first 10 clients to agree to try these containers receive 25% off of their sessions in exchange for feedback. So far my observations within my healing containers include: 

*Clients are able to access deeper insight more quickly and without experiencing shame

*Nervous system calm occurs for both the therapist and the client easily and is maintained throughout the sessions

*Clients report feeling lighter, calmer and more connected to themselves after sessions

*Emotional release is reported to feel gentler and does not seem to take as much time

*The combination of modalities appears to enhance both emotional and energetic processing
