I have found the area I live in to be very hard to be a business owner. I have had crude comments and not been taking seriously. I find it to be very frustrating. Some customers will only talk to my partner because woman do not belong in business. I also have been accused of being with some of my customers by other customers. Why is it if a woman tries to do business they automatically think your sleeping your way to the top?
I didn't exactly have to fire an employee, I asked them to either remove some inappropriate pictures from there Facebook (we are an advertising company in an area with an older population and she had us listed on her Facebook) or to remove us as a person they work for. I left them to decide. ...

I didn't exactly have to fire an employee, I asked them to either remove some inappropriate pictures from there Facebook (we are an advertising company in an area with an older population and she had us listed on her Facebook) or to remove us as a person they work for. I left them to decide. They quit of course but I can't have my sales girls showing themselves mooning the audience. I didn't like to be put in that position.
I would, if possible, wait until a few days after the holidays so it doesn't ruien the time with their family over the holidays.

Digital marketing works great if you have the right program. Wrong program can do more harm than good. What I use is this great AI program that writes content, finds stock photos, does hashtags and posting times and auto posts. I love it. I have never found a automated lead generation program...

I know this is going to look like an advertising company promoting advertising and marketing firm but here is the skinny. I run a smaller marketing and advertising business. I pay lots of money in subscriptions for programs that specifically help marketers with targeting audiences and knowing statistics, trends and more. All these programs work together and an average person or company would never want to invest all the extra for something they are not likely to use enough to get their money out of. You also have graphics to deal with and proper form, different rules from social media site to site. Who wants to learn graphics buy the programs, research all these rules, trends, analytics, SEO, and more. You have a business to run that is what you know. There is an AI solution I know of that does all this better than some of the professionals in the field who charge up to and sometimes more than $2,000.00 a month. If you are a DIY type person this program is an alternative but you will have to contact me because this is an answer not a promo, LOL.

I try to deal with millennials as little as possible because in their minds if you are over 30 or so you must be going senile and couldn't possibly know anything about technology. I am only 46. I don't look 46. I don't act 46. However in this country I think there is a big split between young and old and their are more old than young. Yet we will get passed up for employment due to concerns of our health or ability to learn. It is a real issue. I see it all the time.
The first piece of advice is keep costs low. Stay in a home office don't rent a space, very seldom is walk in foot traffic or people wanting to met in person worth the %500 plus rise in overhead. Advertise in as many places as you can afford to. Go to farmers markets or other get togethers and...

Being a business owner I know the temptation not to answer the phone and wait for a voicemail because of robocallers but around here it is suicide to do so. I hear people all day saying if a business does not answer the phone they don't bother and move to the next number as do I.

Actually I have a program that is very affordable if your looking for AI advertising. I am not sure if this is what you mean. All technology prices will be taking a nose dive because the market is moving so fast that the minute an item hits a shelf it is already obsolete.
