Accountants are better educated. Have a more in depth knowledge of tax. But tend to be more expensive. They also carry insurance and have to keep a rigorous standard and attend many hours of professional development.

We advise our clients to document transactions such the taking of dividends or the payment of shareholder loans, in the minute book of the corporation. There are other good reasons too many to mention here.

A lot of us are introverted and have to work with the public. One thing that has helped me is engaging in public speaking. Toast Masters is a group that allows shy people to function at a working level, by teaching them how to formerly speak in public. I strongly recommend it.

It is a good idea if you are in the retail business. I leave my trick and treating for home but dressing up at the office might be a good idea.
