One thing - the customer value that we give. Let me explain! We do as much free over-the-phone support as we can , where our competitors charge for it. We are the lowest hourly rate in the area versus our competitors. We don't charge monthly recurring service fees, we are a pay-if-you-use-us. We do free training on our systems instead of charging for it like our competitors. We have 4 techs total - 1 has been with us 25 years, 1 has been with us 16 years, 1 has been with us 6 years and 1 has been with us 1 year (officially-he has worked temp for us off and on for 5 years prior to being hired on. We don't have real churn like our competitor. We have a vast array of what we can do, and excel at it. We are a small company and our unofficial motto is "All Hands on Deck." As a salesperson I can also design systems, program and troubleshoot (most of our) systems, help in service, billing, etc.
