I approach the individual with a holistic approach for wellness and beauty with personal consultations. Recently we just completed remodeling a wellness based vacation rental home in Playacar, Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.
How We Got Started
Food is Medicine! And so is community! Come join us for pop up dinner or meal to enrich and support REAL food and try seasonally inspired locally sourced foods for fun and enjoyment!
Combining wellness with beauty means that what we put on the outside reflects the inside. What we put inside is reflected on the outside. Becoming a health coach after running my salon and spa for over 35 years is a natural extension of nurturing.
