360 Balanced Living
Helping women see past "I'm fine"—and build a life that feels as good as it looks.
360 Balanced Living helps women in the last third of life stop coasting on autopilot and start building something that actually matters: a legacy, on purpose, while they're still here to enjoy it. That might look like finally trusting her body again, getting honest about what she actually wants next, or just remembering who she was before she got so good at taking care of everyone else.
This work meets her exactly where she is, with humor, heart, and zero judgment. Wellness is the method here, not the headline. Whole Food Plant-Based living, mindset coaching, and customized strategies all serve one goal: a woman who feels strong in her body, clear on her purpose, and connected to the legacy she's actively shaping. This isn't about fixing what's broken. It's about honoring what's already strong and reclaiming the vitality that got buried somewhere along the way.
360 Balanced Living also shows up as a speaker and podcast guest, bringing bold, funny, no-fluff conversations to stage and mic—legacy, mindset, aging on her own terms, and what it actually means to leave something that lasts.
Because legacy doesn't start someday. It starts the moment a woman decides she's done playing small.
For years, I was told I was "too much"—too loud, too energetic, too passionate. So I tried to shrink myself to fit what other people were comfortable with. That never once felt like the truth.
Eventually I stopped shrinking. I'm a proudly spirited, neurodivergent woman, and what I learned is that "too much" was never the problem—it was the part of me everyone else just hadn't caught up to yet.
That same refusal to shrink led me to a Whole Food Plant-Based lifestyle that changed my health and finally matched how I actually wanted to live: vibrant, intentional, fully expressed. Wellness became the tool, not the point. The point was always the life I was building underneath it.
Now, through 360 Balanced Living, I help women—especially in the last third of life—reclaim their energy, their confidence, and their purpose. This work makes room to celebrate what's brilliant about her, nourish her body and mind, and shape a legacy that's lived boldly now, not saved for "someday."
