About Us

Hey there! 👋 I'm Regina — a retired Las Vegas police sergeant turned entrepreneur, and I built Simple Online Business Development because I was my own first customer.

I know what it's like to want to grow a business without spending hours on social media, without hiring an expensive agency, and without feeling like you need a tech degree to figure it all out.

So I stopped looking for the easy button — and started building it.
Today I create AI-powered tools, digital products, and resources designed specifically for women entrepreneurs who want to show up online with confidence and do more with less effort.

With 15+ years of business experience and a background built on integrity and attention to detail, I build things that actually work — for real people, not just the tech-savvy crowd.

If you're ready to simplify your marketing, grow your audience, and build something that lasts — you're in the right place.

How We Got Started

My journey started in 2004 with my first MLM, but in 2007, as a Las Vegas police sergeant, I was chasing freedom and a better work-life balance. I quickly learned that building a business online was far more complicated than anyone admitted.

Over the years, I watched entrepreneurs pour their hearts into their businesses while struggling to get seen online. Great products. Real talent. But no digital presence to match. Some didn't survive, not because they weren't good enough, but because they lacked the right support.

That's when Simple Online Business Development became more than an idea. I built it for the business owner who is smart, capable, and ready to grow, without spending a fortune or becoming a tech expert.

I was my own first customer. Everything I create, I build with that person in mind.

Nothing magic...just time.  In my opinion, you should always be updating you Facebook page, profile, etc.  You also have to be consistent in posting.   More importantly, post content that is if value to your target audience.  This applies to your website.  Keep it updated. keep new content... You can then create content - posts, videos, pictures, etc and share that value content on free social media channels.  On social media, be social. Visit pages and posts of others. Leave comments, share posts, videos etc of others.  Create groups on social channels and build a helpful community in your niche.   Create short value type videos on Youtube, around your niche keywords, and share those to : blog, social channels, groups of others.  When you are ready for a done for you website, lets talk.  Offering single page sales funnel sites for just $98 (one time) $49 a month  after that covers hosting, backup, SSL, etc. And connected to payment processor and CRM (constant contact, mailchimp) A Facebook page, Linked in page, Instagram...all free. Good luck

At the moment, I find myself helping them with my marketing skills and knowledge.  I recently began helping Ho' omana Thrift Store on Kauai with their website and social media and all I asked for in return was referrals to other business owners for paid work.  That has actually happened.  Ho'omana is doing wonderful work with local youth and adults and seriously changing lives by giving them the skills to succeed in jobs, with finances, etc. It really is "the thrift store that changes lives" I also plan to do more paid marketing through social media targeting mobile users.
