• My niche is that I successfully empower individuals in making a positive behavioral change by using physical activity and mental skills training to increase their motivation, understanding, and adherence.
• My specializations include men and women's fitness, weight loss, nutritional guidance, injury rehabilitation, and lifestyle behavior changes.

Master of Science in Sport and Exercise Psychology
• I have broad experience in applying mental skills, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and other prove psychological models for long term behavioral health changes.
• The purpose is to enhance adherence and compliance to the areas of physical activity, exercise, nutritional habits, stress management, and the ability to balance one’s life between their need to live a healthier and happier lifestyle, while balancing this with their families, career and other responsibilities.
• I utilize sport and exercise psychology theory and research to customize working models that fit specific populations.
• I apply principles of sport and exercise psychology to the areas of coaching, performance enhancement, athletic training, and consulting.

• Member since 2000 specializing in the areas of personal training, corrective exercise for post injury rehabilitation, women's fitness, weight loss, nutritional guidance and performance enhancement for improving athletic performance.
• In addition, specializing in wellness in the areas of psychological barriers to physical activity and exercise, work related stress, and development of a healthy lifestyle.

How We Got Started

Having over 20 years experience working with fitness centers, health clubs, sport medicine centers, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, chiropractics and massage therapists. During this time, I gain invaluable experience working with general weight loss, fat loss, muscle gain, injury rehabilitation, women's fitness, men' fitness, pre-natal and post-natal fitness, and increased athletic performance.

I believe just as important as finding new leads is providing building a marketing plan into your current client base that promotes referrals.
