Generating leads is only half the job. What happens when someone calls, emails, or submits an inquiry through your website?

A delayed response or missed follow-up can turn a potential customer into a missed opportunity.

Here are five ways to improve your lead conversion process:

1. Track where inquiries come from.
2. Respond to calls and messages promptly.
3. Use automation to acknowledge inquiries.
4. Create a consistent follow-up process.
5. Measure how many leads become paying customers.

Before investing more in advertising, evaluate how effectively your business handles the inquiries it already receives.

When was the last time you audited your LLC? Not the IRS kind. The owner kind.

Most entities get formed once and never reviewed while the business grows. That’s structural drift.

3 questions every owner should answer:
Does my structure still fit the business I run today?

Am I operating like my entity exists? (separate accounts, current agreement, filings up to date)

If something changed tomorrow (a sale, partner exit, lawsuit), does my structure know what to do?

Hesitated on any? Most owners don’t have an entity strategy. They have an entity collection.

The ENTITY RX Compliance Check is a 12-checkpoint examination of your structure’s health. Message me “CHECKUP” to learn more.

Risk Alert for Katy Business Owners: Wire Fraud & Bank Liability

We recently faced coordinated cyber fraud across 3 institutions.

• E*TRADE & Discover: Immediately investigated, verified the account takeover, and fully restored the funds.
• Capital One: Permitted 2 accounts to consolidate and wire out our balance—with zero prior wire history. Their official written stance? They sent a recall to the other bank, got no response, and are doing nothing further.

Under UCC Article 4A, banks must maintain commercially reasonable security relative to your transaction history. We have formally appealed through the OCC.

Has anyone locally faced wire dispute stalls with Capital One?
