I would second the comments on managing expectations. Making it abundantly clear the warranties and coverages etc.
You always value their business and seek to serve your customers with the stated level of products (meaning the best, or mediocre or no frills market, wherever you reside) and offer warranty programs in addition.
Simply making it clear is essential. And you and I both know, some people will NEVER be satisfied.

Look at your free areas of marketing and advertising. Social media, blogging and vlogging, get onto YouTube and all the other social media platforms like instagram. Suggestion: stick to one or two and really push yourself out there and listen to your audience as it grows.
