The Moving Guide is a larger sized, glossy magazine that is delivered directly (and only) to listed homes and homes that have been recently purchased and occupied. 8,000 copies are printed and then delivered over several months, as properties come on to the market.

The breakdown of that spending is as follows: $10,050 on renovations, $6,500 on furniture and appliances, $3,350 on General Household Purchases (bedding, lighting fixtures, tools, blinds) and $1475 on Moving Costs.
