Because I am home-based, through the phone or zoom I am able to provide support and connection to resources to help a person using any level of our nutrition program or maintenance program reach their optimal health goals. As someone who has in the past lost 47 pounds and who struggles constantly to maintain a healthy bmi for over 2.5 years, I feel confident that this program is outstanding and i would be honored to go on a journey to optimal health with you or someone you love.
